Website inquiry form

The form first prepares your inquiry in your browser. When you select Send inquiry to Grencord, it submits your name, company, email address and product requirements to the website server for validation and forwarding to info@grencord.com. The website uses a necessary session cookie to protect form submissions and limit duplicate requests. Rate-limit records contain a hashed network address and recent submission timestamps; the application keeps these active for up to one hour and removes expired entries when later requests are processed. The application does not save a separate database of inquiry contents. Hosting and email systems may keep operational logs and messages.

Business correspondence

Grencord receives the details you choose to send through the form or by email. These details are used to consider and respond to your inquiry and handle related business correspondence. The hosting and email providers process the submission and message through their services. Messages and operational records may be retained in those services according to company requirements and service settings. Do not use the public form to provide passports, bank details or confidential attachments. You can alternatively prepare and send the request through your own email application, without submitting the form contents to the website service.

Market widgets & external links

The Brent and WTI widgets connect your browser to TradingView. That provider receives connection information and controls its own data handling. Read TradingView's privacy policy. Product-reference links open external websites with their own policies. No visitor analytics or advertising scripts are added by Grencord in this website package.

Hosting & requests about your information

The hosting and email services may keep operational records such as access logs or correspondence. For questions about information you have provided, its retention, access, correction or deletion, contact info@grencord.com. Specific service settings and any legal retention requirements must be assessed for the relevant records.
